Dadi Maa’s Home Remedies For Heart & Blood Pressure

There are some solutions regarding Heart & Blood Pressure Problems

Heart is the most vital organ of the body which may be protected by any means. Now-a-days, the changes in life style are causing cardiac problems and high blood pressure.


Angina Pectoris


Thoroughly mix 2 teaspoons almond oil with 1 teaspoon rose oil. Rub gently on the chest in morning and evening.


Boil 1 teaspoon methi dana in 1 ½ cup water. Strain and add 2 teaspoons honey. Take twice daily.


Low Blood Pressure


Have juice of 10-15 tulsi leaves mixed with 1 teaspoon honey. Crush the leaves to a paste and squeeze out the juice through a muslin cloth.


Add ¾ cup crushed mulethi root to 4 cups cold water and allow it to stand for 2 hours. Then bring it quickly to a boil and steep for 6 minutes. Add this to the bath-water in the tub.


Eat few kishmish twice a day to maintain your B.P.


High Blood Pressure


Mix 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon adrak juice, 1 teaspoon zeera powder. Have it twice a day.


Ristrict salt intake and drink plenty of fluids (at least 8-10 glass of water daily).


Fruits such as mausami, orange, peaches, plum, tarbooz are also beneficial.


Go on an apple diet for a few days. It has a diuretic effect and thus brings down the B.P.


Having rice, particularly brown rice as the main staple food is very beneficial. As rice has very low sodium content and low cholesterol, it is a perfect diet for those who have been advised to have low salt diets.


Consumption of natural diuretics like coconut water, butter milk, dhania juice is very beneficial.


Drink dhania juice made from fresh coriander leaves 3 times a day. If this is not effective, start, having methi juice (made from fresh methi) instead and if this is also not effective, move to curry leaves juice. Drink each juice for 10-12 days at least before you decide. If not working, then move to the next one.


Wheat grass juice (1/2 cup daily in morning) is an excellent remedy.


Drink curry patta juice initially 3 times a day (1 glassful) for 1-2 months and then reduce to only one in the morning . Have it on empty stomach. For taking out juice fill your mixer with washed curry leaves, add a glass for water. Churn well and sieve. Add 1 lemon juice and drink fresh.


High Cholesterol


Sunflower seeds contain a substantial amount of linoelic acid which is helpful in reducing cholesterol deposits on the walls of the arteries. Substituting oil of sunflower seeds for some of the solid fats like butter and cream will, therefore lead to a great improvement in health.


Finely dice an oinion and mix it with 1 cup buttermilk along with ¼ teaspoon kali mirch powder and drink.


Regularly intake dhania decoction made by boiling 2 teaspoons dry dhania powder in 1 cup water. Milk and sugar can be added to improve its taste. This could be a welcome substitute for tea or coffee.


Heart Problem


Eat ¼ teaspoon heeng alongwith one kishmish every day


Regular intake of ripe bananas strengthens the heart.


Fibrous food are better to reduce the risk of cholesterol


Heart Attack


Take ½ teaspoon lahsun powder daily to prevent heart attack.


Heart Burn


Add 1 tablespoon pudina leaves to 1 cup water. Take twice or thrice a day.


Boil ½ teaspoon sandalwood powder in 1 cup water. Drink thrice daily.


Heart Palpitation


Boil ¼ teaspoon powder choti illaichi seeds in light tea water and drink.
