Panchgani

Sydney Point - This point is situated on a small hillock facing the Krishna Valley. Sydney Point treats its visitors to some fantastic views of the Dhom Dam and the hills of Pandavgarh and Mandardevi.

Parsi Point - A famous picnic site positioned on the Mahabaleshwar road in the town of Panchgani, Parsi Point tenders beautiful sights of beautiful Dhom Dam backwaters and the verdant beauty which is breathtaking.

Devil's Kitchen - A cave located on the southern side of the famous Tableland, Devil's Kitchen is said to be the place where the Pandavas of Mahabharata fame once cooked their food.

Lingmala Falls - The Lingmala Falls in Mahabaleshwar can be reached by road. It lies on the Mahabaleshwar-Poona road.

Table Land - Located on the eastern side of Panchgani, the Table Land stands at an impressive height of 60 meters. This flat large expanse of laterite rock is the second longest mountain plateau in Asia. There are some spacious caves that can be seen from here.

Venna Lake - An incredible tourist destination, Venna Lake is located at a distance of 20 Kms from Panchgani and is another famous place for visitors. The lake offers startling activities like boating and fishing to enjoy the scenic pleasure of the surroundings. It is said that Shri Appasaheb Maharaj constructed Venna Lake in the year 1842. Its mini train is another famous attraction.

Pratapgad Fort - A historical destination, Pratapgad Fort is located at a distance of 40 Kms from Panchgani city and is believed to be one of the very popular forts in the Maratha history. This fort reminds of the ancient Maratha relics and is a wonderful destination to visit. It was constructed by the Maratha chief Chhatrapati Shivaji in the year 1656.
