Indian Man Wins $1.9 Million in UAE Draw

An Indian man become the owner of whooping sum of $1.9 million after winning the jackpot in Mega raffle draw in Abu Dhabi in United Arab Emirates.

Manakudy Varkey Mathew had bought the ticket for Super 7 Series 183 and subsequently announced the winner in Big Ticket in UAE.

Mathew won Dirham 7 million ($1.9 million) in the raffle, Khaleej Times reported.

Mathew, who hails from Kerala, was not the only lucky Indian to win the prize. Six other Indians and one Emirati have also walked home with Dirham 100,000 each in the draw, the report said.

Last month, Indian man Krishnam Raju Thokachichu won Dirham 5 million ($1.3 million) in a raffle draw in Abu Dhabi.

The Khaleej Times has also reported that Mathew won Dirham 7 Million in the raffle.
